RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or if it was a custom order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is damage to the box you must take photos of the damage for record. Upon inspection if there is any damage please document the damage and send photos to chow@chowcloset.com.
