30 Day “Make it Right” Policy

Here at Chowcloset.com, we want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with the quality of the product, we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution.

For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the the products on a flat, well lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

Return Policy

We work hard to ensure that all orders are printed to high-quality standards and shipped on time.We accept returns and will issue a refund or replacement within 10 days of the delivery for any of the following reasons (with visual confirmation): The product itself is flawed; the quality of the printing is poor; or if the final product is materially different than the design presented. If your purchase meets any of the criteria above, please Contact Us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

As all products are printed on demand for a specific customer we do not offer exchanges for size or other non-damage or non-product quality related reasons.

Each product page has a size chart related to the item on display. Please be certain of the size you require before placing your order.

Where are your tees & hoodies printed?

They are printed to order in the USA.

Where Do You Ship From?

From the USA! Mainly from New York but we also have shipping locations throughout the country depending on where the item is printed.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Typically takes between 7 & 10 days

Are Orders Shipped In Multiple Shipments?

Yes, orders are often shipped in multiple shipments. If you have not received the remaining shirts in your order within 7 days of receiving the first, then please contact us at chow@chowcloset.com.
